The book I used to get the following quotations below is available in English, too, and English title is: "The Order Of The Death's Head: The Story Of Hitler's Ss" by Heinz Hoehne I have used the following edition in German language: "Der Orden unter dem Totenkopf, Die Geschichte der SS", Heinz Höhne, Augsburg 1999 (Weltbildverlag) und München 1997 (Bertelsmann). Remark: This this quotation collection, not finished up to now, is part of the preparation of a scientific work about the relation between the black of the German parties CDU and CSU and the black of the SS, but also about the true meaning of the CDU-slogan "Freedom instead of Socialism!" To allow proving of the quotations I give them first in German as they are standing in the used edition of the book (blue colored letters) and then the translation (black colored letters).
No. 1: "Heydrich konzipierte das Muster eines engmaschigen Überwachungssystems, das jeden Bereich des nationalen Lebens beschattete und die totale Herrschaft der NSDAP sichern sollte, beaufsichtigt von keinem anderen als dem Sicherheitsdienst des Reichsführers SS, dirigiert von niemand anderem als von Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich. "Heydrich knew, how to do it: The SD (Security Service /Sicherheitsdienst) had to fill the key-positions of the new political police, then this special police had to be quarried out of the context of the interior administration, at last the whole police had to be united with the SS to a corps of state´s protection. This plan contained already the germ of a project that reached much farther and that was much more revolutionary: of an own adminstration of the SS that bundled police, SS and state´s administration to a unitary ensemble."
