What You see left hand is a smaller copy of the cover letter of a fax I received on 10th of May 2008 from Claus Plantiko. The handwritten text:

Sehr geehrter Herr Sobottka, hier Seite 8 des BGH Beschlusses.

Er ordnet die Fortdauer der Unterbringung an, obwohl kein Rechtsgrund für sie besteht, sondern "eine rechtlich tragfähige Begründung" lediglich "nicht ausgeschlossen erscheint".

Haft bleibt, Rechtsgrund wird sich vielleicht finden!

Dear Mr. Sobottka, here is page No. 8 of the BGH-adjudication.

It states the continuing of the placement although their is no cause in law for that, but "a judicially stable substantiation" only "seems not to be excluded".

Arrest remains, cause of law will perhaps be found!
